When using cut'n'paste to add information into the visual editor, upon submit the information may not be saved.
This is due to a security feature that attempts to discover intrusion attempts by automated scripts.
One remedy is to paste your content into notepad and then into the visual editor. At which time you can use the visual editors interface to correct the formatting.
